The Security Committee of the Panaad sa Negros Festival 2023 is all set for the weeklong festivities that will start Monday, April 17. A Send-off Ceremony of Task Force Group Panaad Festival, led by the Negros Occidental Police Provincial Office and personnel from various agencies, was held on April 15, 2023 at Camp Alfredo Montelibano Sr., in Bacolod City.
