Remar Lascano of the Municipality of Pontevedra presents Governor Bong Lacson with his award as one of the Top 6 Outstanding Student Leaders of the Philippines 2022 yesterday, October 19, 2022, at the Governor’s Office.
He is studying at the University of Negros Occidental – Recoletos and is one of the Provincial Outstanding Peer Educators in the province.
