Governor Bong Lacson turned over construction materials to the 94th Infantry Battalion stationed in Brgy. Mahalang, Himamaylan City, for the rehabilitation of the admin office, barracks, and perimeter fence of the detachment.1Lt Zerh Devon Franz Balocnit and Cpt.
