Rayfrando Diaz, turned over laptops to DILG Provincial Director Roselyn Quintana and staff Rodulfo Legaspi, Jr., to strenghthen DILG’s Secretariat services for the Provincial Peace and Order Council and to intensify its monitoring of project implementation in the LGUs and barangays.
