Tax Clearance or Real Property Tax Receipt (Current Year)
1 Documentary Stamp

Fees:

P100.00 for 1st 5 slots & P1.00 per lot in excess thereof – Processing fee
P50.00 – Certification fee (Tax Declaration)
P200.00/lot – Inspection fee for Residential Property
P350.00/lot – Inspection fee for Agricultural Property
P600.00/lot – Inspection fee for Commercial Property
P1,000.00/lot – Inspection fee for Industrial Property
