Ramon Aboitiz Foundation Inc. (RAFI) based in Cebu City, represented by its Human Capital Head, Erasto Panes, and Humanitarian Disaster Preparedness and Response Officer, Constantine Samson, paid a courtesy visit to Governor Bong Lacson at the Capitol, this morning, as they intend to distribute 10,000 relief packs to typhoon-affected families in Negros Occidental.

The group was also welcomed by Executive Assistants to the Governor Charina Magallanes – Tan, Marie June Castro, and Francis Velez.
