NEW CADIZ COUNCILOR.

Gemma Desuyo, newly appointed SP Member of Cadiz City took her oath of office before Governor Bong Lacson at the Provincial Capitol, yesterday afternoon. She replaced her husband Agustin Jesmar Desuyo who passed away recently. Cadiz City Mayor Salvador Escalante, Jr. witnessed the oath taking ceremony.
