WATCH. Turn over of cash assistance to Centenarians, senior citizens and PWDs in the Third District.
Governor Bong Lacson together with Provincial Social Welfare and Development Office OIC Merle Garcia distributed shelter assistance worth a total of P700,000 to 140 beneficiaries from the cities of Silay and Talisay, this morning.
The Provincial Government also distributed P3,000 to each of the 67 Senior Citizens of Silay City, for their social pension for the months of January to June 2021, while a total of 15 Silaynon PWDs also received P3,000 each as subsidies in a ceremonial turn over with Silay Mayor Mark Golez. A solo parent from Talisay was also given an educational assistance worth P3,500.
