Governor Bong Lacson and Land Bank of the Philippines signed an agreement, today, for various infrastructure projects of the Provincial Government such as road concreting, drainage system improvement, and construction of a two-storey Negros Occ. Language and IT Center (NOLITC) Campus Dormitory Building, in the presence of Provincial Administrator, Atty. Rayfrando Diaz and Provincial Engineer, Ernie Mapa at the Governor’s Office.
