Project Manager Luisito Gelmo of the USAID funded ABC+ Projects in Region 6 turned over Level Graders Readable Books for K1 to Grade 3 produced into mother tongue, Filipino and English languages to Provincial Administrator Atty. Rayfrando Diaz II and DepEd Division of Negros Occidental officials led by Schools Division Superintendent Marsette Sabbaluca at yesterday’s closing ceremonies of the 2-day Strengthening Partnerships on Education Services Delivery Workshop.

The two-day planning workshop was attended by Provincial ABC+ projects TWG members, DepEd personnel and NGO stakeholders held at the Social Hall, Provincial Capitol.
