Major General Eric Vinoya, Commander of the 3rd Infantry Division, met with Governor Bong Lacson at the Capitol, yesterday, as he retires from the military service. Gov. Lacson commended MGen. Vinoya for his commitment and noteworthy contribution in protecting the people and promoting peace and order.

The governor also cited his excellent leadership in the conduct of various military operations. With them is 303rd Brigade Commander Colonel Inocencio Pasaporte.
