Cadet First Class Janrey Cabanero Artus of the Municipality of San Enrique, Negros Occidental, who recently topped the Philippine Military Academy (PMA) Masaligan Class of 2021, called on Gov. Bong Lacson at the Provincial Capitol, this morning. Artus graduated Summa Cum Laude and Class Valedictorian of his batch at the PMA.

He was accompanied by his parents, Florencio and Jocelyn Artus and Brgy, Capt. Helrich Motin Barbadia of Brgy. Guintorilan, Valladolid.
