Governor Bong Lacson and Vice Governor Jeffrey Ferrer led the distribution of checks worth a total of P11 Million to Negrense farmers who are beneficiaries of the Quick Turn Around/Early Planting Incentives Project under the Office of the Provincial Agriculturist.
