Monday – Friday; 8:00 AM – 12:00 NN; 1:00 – 5:00 PM

Who may avail of the Service:

General Public transacting at the Provincial Capitol
Officials and employees of Local Government Units, Barangay and Goverment Line Agencies
Private individuals visiting/transacting at the Provincial Capitol

Requirement:

Approval Travel Order
Valid Identification Card with photo and signature
Personal appearance

Note:
Clients must get certificate on the day of visit/transaction at the Provincial Capitol
