Masskara Festival   Sipalay exotic beach
The Masskara Festival is a celebration of life held every October in Bacolod, culminating in a street revelry where people don smiling masks as they dance around to the beat of Latin music. In honor of Sto. Nino, the Ati-atihan is held every 3rd week of January at Cadiz City and capped by street-dancing competition and a Fluvial Parade.
